  • characteristics such as operating system, hardware version, device parameters and types of software and files, signal strength and battery charge, and device identifiers;
  • location of devices, including geographic location, for example via GPS, Bluetooth or Wi-Fi signals;
  • information about the connection, such as the name of your mobile operator or provider, browser type, language and time zone, mobile phone number and IP address.

How do we use this information?

We strive to create a fun environment adapted to the needs of each person. We use all the information we hold to provide and support our Services.

How is this information provided?

People use our Services to communicate and share information with other people. We make this possible by providing your information in the following cases:

When you communicate and share information using our Services, you choose the audience to which your content is available. This can be a specific group of people, all of your friends or members of the group.

In some cases, people with whom you interact and share information may download this material or share it with others within or outside of our Services. For example, if you post on okokzone, you choose the people who will see your post. This can be a specific group of people, all of your friends or members of the group.

Public information is any information that you share with all people. Publicly available information is visible to all people within or outside of our Services, and can be viewed or found through Internet search engines, APIs, and traditional media such as television.

In some cases, people with whom you interact and share information may download this material or share it with others within or outside of our Services. If you comment on another person's post or mark their content on okokzone as liked, that person determines the audience that will see your comment or like. If the "Everyone can see" option is selected, the comment will also be visible to everyone.

Other people may use our Services to share content about you with people of their choice. For example, they can share a photo with you, mention or tag you somewhere in a post, or share information about you that you have provided to them.

How can I manage or delete information about me?

You can edit, and delete the content and information you share. Information about yourself can be changed in the settings. You can also use the filters in the settings to select those groups of people who can see information about you, including all your materials.

We retain data for as long as is necessary to ensure the functioning of our services, including those described above, for you and other users. Information associated with your account will be stored until it is deleted or until the moment when we no longer need this data to provide products and services.

You can delete your account at any time. When you delete your account, we delete everything you posted, such as your photos and status updates. Remember that information about you that others have shared is not part of your account. It will not be deleted when you delete your account.

How do we respond to formal inquiries or prevent damage?

We may access, store and share your information in response to a formal request (such as a search warrant or court order) by making sure that the request is lawful. In particular, we may respond to official inquiries related to legal requirements outside the Republic of Estonia if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the answer should be provided under the laws of that country or territory, affects users in this country or territory, and does not contradict international standards. ... We may also access, store and transmit information if we have reasonable grounds to believe that this is necessary to detect, prevent or suppress fraud or other illegal activity; to protect yourself, you and others, including during an investigation, or to prevent death or imminent personal injury. For example, we may provide third party partners with information about the reliability of your account to help prevent fraud and violations on our Services and beyond. We have the right to process and store information we receive from you, including financial information about your transactions and purchases at okokzone, and also access it for a longer time if it is the subject of a legal request or obligation, government investigation or investigation into subject to possible violations of our terms or conditions, or otherwise to prevent harm. We may also retain information from accounts blocked for violation of our terms for at least one year to prevent violations of our policies.

We will notify you of changes to this policy and give you the opportunity to check and agree on the revised policy before continuing to use our Services.
